UAT, cut-over & go-live.

Course 01 covered getting requirements right. This one covers the part where most ERP projects actually fail: proving the system works, moving the data, preparing people, deciding to go live, and surviving the first month. It's built for Odoo projects in Bangladesh and works for any ERP.

Why this course exists

Most ERP failures aren't configuration failures. They happen in the last 20% of the project. UAT becomes a formality, opening stock comes from the old system instead of a count, training is a demo, and nobody agreed what "ready" meant. This course is a practical playbook for that last stretch. Each lesson ends with an exercise you can do on your own project, and links to a free template.
