How licence pricing works in Bangladesh: Odoo's 12-month promotional discount applies only to users ordered upfront. Users added mid-year pay the regular rate. From year 2 onwards, the regular Bangladesh-tier rate applies (Standard $8.95/user/month yearly, Custom $13.60/user/month yearly). Renewals may increase by up to 7% per Odoo's terms. Monthly billing is roughly 22% more expensive than yearly across all plans.

How this estimate is calculated

This estimator combines three data sources:

  • Odoo licence: Bangladesh-tier rates as published on odoo.com/pricing (verified May 2026). Both year-1 promotional and year-2 regular rates are modelled, with both yearly and monthly billing.
  • Implementation: Base tier by company size (per the Odoo cost guide for Bangladesh) × industry-complexity multiplier × module-count uplift × edition × timeline.
  • Bangladesh-specific costs: Mushak 6.3, BD payroll (BGMEA wage board), LC workflow, TDS, multi-currency — ranges from the Hidden ERP costs in Bangladesh deep-dive.

The 3-year TCO includes a 25% contingency reserve, reflecting the typical scope-creep + internal-time uplift documented in article 0050. The displayed range is ±15% around the central estimate.

For the full methodology behind the numbers, read: the cost guide, the licensing deep-dive, the go-live cost article, and the ROI calculator.

Where this estimator stops: Final cost depends on data migration volume, integration count, customisation depth, and your team's readiness — all of which require a discovery session to scope properly. The estimate above gives you the right order of magnitude; a written proposal narrows the range to ±5%.
