Nobody in Bangladesh publishes Odoo implementation prices, so buyers compare quotes that aren't comparable. These are the ranges I use to sanity-check proposals: by size, by industry, and line by line. Along with them come the price points that should make you nervous in either direction.
Where these numbers come from. They're the same model the cost estimator uses: implementation bands from real Bangladesh projects, Odoo's published Bangladesh-tier licence prices, and the line-item ranges in Hidden ERP costs and the 2026 cost guide. They're practitioner benchmarks, not survey results. A market survey is planned, and when it runs this page will be updated with its data.
This is the partner's fee, excluding the Odoo licence. It covers discovery, configuration, data migration, training, UAT and hypercare for a standard scope.

Bangladesh-tier Enterprise pricing, per user per month on yearly billing: Standard $7.25 in year 1, then $8.95. Custom $10.90 in year 1, then $13.60. Custom is needed for Studio, multi-company, external API and Odoo.sh. The year-1 price is a promotion that applies only to users ordered upfront. Renewals can rise by up to 7% a year, and monthly billing costs about 22% more. The licence should be in your company's name and shown separately from the partner's fee. See the licensing deep-dive.
Qualified local Odoo consultants charge roughly ৳1,500–4,000 per hour. Internationally positioned firms charge $50–120 per hour. The rate matters less than the hours estimated, so compare the scope and the hours, not the rate card.
Even a complete quote isn't the whole cost. Your own team's time (typically ৳5–15 lakh of opportunity cost), hardware and a backup internet link (৳2–8 lakh), refresher training as staff turn over (৳1–2 lakh a year) and annual support (৳1.5–6 lakh a year) sit outside it.
